Policies

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is 3:30-7pm. If you will be arriving after 7pm, please let us know and we will review the check in procedure with you. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are considered on a case by case basis.

Deposit: We require a minimum of a one night deposit. For stays longer than 2 nights, we require a 50% deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The balance of your stay is due upon check-in.

Cancellation: Due to the size of our inn, last minute cancellations greatly affect us. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation with us, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to your date of arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded to you if we are able to re-sell your room. Cancellation on the date of your arrival or "no shows" will be charged the full amount of their stay.   Extra person who is a "no show" the day of arrival will not be refunded.

The above cancellation policy does not apply to whole house or barn rentals. Please call to inquire about our cancellation policy for whole house and barn rentals.

Breakfast:  We offer a delicious home style breakfast, starting at 8:30am-please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn. If you do smoke, we will direct you to our smoking area. Please note that violation of this policy will result in a $200 fee.

Children: Our inn caters to business travelers and couples primarily. We regularly welcome children over 12. Children of all ages are welcomed for whole house rentals. Individual cases may be discussed with the innkeepers.

Extra guests: Price for extra guests beyond 2 is $20 per person.
